At TONI&GUY SHOP, we want you to be completely satisfied with your professional hair care purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account or visit our returns portal with your order number and email address to start the process.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original professional packaging to ensure they are protected during transit back to our warehouse.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
